Experience Overview Your adventure begins with a scenic 1.5-hour drive from La Fortuna, passing through papaya, pineapple, and cassava plantations at the base of the Arenal Volcano. Upon arrival, certified river guides will provide a comprehensive safety briefing, including equipment use, paddling techniques, and commands. Once ready, you will begin your descent down the river, navigating exciting rapids surrounded by lush tropical rainforest.
